Blazing Agelux - Armenian Patriarchate street

Just like the wings of fallen angels, these lighting objects bring a celestial light on the urban space.

Pitaya was founded in 2003 by two designers: David Lesort and Arnaud Giroud.
From food design to light design, they enjoy working in different fields, bringing to the table their own playful and poetic style. 
Since 2006, light plays a special part in their work : the duo from Lyon designs and develops original and innovative solutions for festive lights in the public spaces, both in the frame of light festivals or Christmas illuminations (for Cities or shopkeepers' associations).

They create custom-made concepts and put the emphasis on aesthetics both by day and by night, with a constant environmentally-friendly attention.
The Pitaya Studio strives to bring public spaces to light in a smart and creative way.
They were awarded the «Griffe Lyonnaise Jeunes Talents » in 2009 and the « Jeunes Concepteurs Lumières » in 2010 (Lumiville, Lyon).
