Boaz Mendel & Inon Vertig work together in creating light fixtures and other products. The A4 lamp is a desk lamp or atmosphere lamp whose lampshade can easily be replaced with another. A4 paper is effortlessly attached to the steel base of the lamp. Pretty prints and pictures printed at home can be attached to the base. Ronit Yekutiely- “Light as Jewel”- a Jerusalem native and graduate of The Jerusalem Art Center and The Technological Centre. Her works combine soldering, fusing, sculpture, painting and mosaics. Her unique and original works are both functional and artistic.

Shlomit Achi Yuval, a graduate of Bezalel, designs playgrounds for preschools and schools. Achi-Yuval creates light fixtures influenced from plants and made from material and Japanese paper. The paper is colorful and translucent thus allowing the light to pass through it.

Tehila Shitrit integrates different techniques and creates various products- Judaica, practical objects, jewelry and light fixtures. Her pieces contain silk screened Jewish symbols and biblical texts and are decorated with unique gold glazes and gems.

Tohar Ben Yehuda, designer and artist, perceives light as an energy that affects one’s consciousness. Ben Yehuda explores the relationship between dream and reality and suggests that the difference relies only on the subjective perception of the observer. At the fair he will be showing “Mushrooms”, a series of uniquely produced conceptual light fixtures.

Tovit Horn -Sculpting in light. Yaakov Galbendorf  is an artist who started out as an electrician and began designing artistic lighting fixtures, including the illumination of flowers and fruit for events and personal gifts. Yehudit Yongreis is a graphic designer and a graduate of Visual Communications at Askola and owns a ceramic studio. The light fixtures are handmade from ceramics and paper and are asymmetrical and curly. The lamps are easily hung.

Zohar Gev an Israeli sculptor who lives in Denmark has exhibited his work in Israel and abroad. He designs light sculptures from iron and recycled materials. www.z-line.dk
