Orange Trail
Site number 13 With the aid of optic thread, a video projector and DVD, the artist creates poetic pieces that examine the essence of human relationships. The pieces, which can only host a few people at a time, envelop the visitors and invite them to take part in a shared connection. The projected light that turns the mysterious, lifeless ghost-like dresses into lively ones, is a reflection of longing and desire. Taegon Kim- A graduate of the School for Plastic Art in Strasberg and Seoul University. Kim’s works have been shown at light festivals in Lyon and Durhham and in exhibitions throughout Europe and have been awarded many prizes. Go back |
